Minimal Equipment Conditioning
Thursday’s cardio focus will be a good one. These stationary and minimal equipment conditioning sets never disappoint!
This conditioning session is perfect for home or gym!
Complete 10 total sets of each couplet (superset).
Alternate between each exercise in each couplet (there are 5).
20 seconds of work with a 10 second recovery (each set will take 5 minutes).
Superset 1
- Swings
- Mountain climbers
Superset 2
- Squats
- push-ups or 1/2 burpees
Superset 3
- Skaters
- Knees to chest (abs)
Superset 4
- Sprint in place (Pegs)
- Squat thrust or slam
Superset 5
- Kettlebell or dumbbell squat press
- Jacks or Jump rope
Finsher: 1 time through!
