What’s the meaining of mixed conditioning?
It’s a fine mix of cardio items with some body weight and weighted options with a possibility a few unconventional things if you’re feeling frisky on Thursday!

Here’s your conditioning the circuit.
- Row erg
- Squat thrust or slam ball or Bulgarian bag moves.
- Bike erg
- Farmers walk or rack hold
- Run, Jump rope, or Jacks
- Crawl or plank choice
- Ski erg
- Sled or box step up
