What do we mean about mixing up the conditioning?

It’s a fine mix of cardio items with some body weight and weighted options with a possibility a few unconventional things if you’re feeling frisky on Thursday!

As always, we encourage you to try some new things.

Maybe go outside your comfort zone a little!

Here are your work/rest intervals per round.

  1. 60/30
  2. 50/25
  3. 40/20

Here’s your conditioning the circuit.

  • Row erg
  • Squat thrust or slam ball or Bulgarian bag moves or even perhaps a mace.
  • Bike erg
  • Farmers walk or rack hold
  • Run, Jump rope, or Jacks
  • Crawl or plank choice
  • Ski erg (technique video)
  • Sled or box step up
