We’ll do the first round at 30/25 on the Gym Boss.

The next four rounds will be 30 seconds work / 15 seconds of rest of:

  1. Jumping pull ups
  2. Slam ball or Power rope
  3. Kettlebell swings
  4. Burpees
  5. Jump rope or jumping jacks
  6. D-ball thrusters
  7. Mountain climbers

One minute rest between rounds
