Bells, Balls and Body Weight! Going outside!
We’ll do the first round at 30/25 on the Gym Boss.
The next four rounds will be 30 seconds work / 15 seconds of rest of:
- Jumping pull ups
- Slam ball or Power rope
- Kettlebell swings
- Jump rope or jumping jacks
- D-ball thrusters
- Mountain climbers
One minute rest between rounds
