Today’s training session.
This is what we did this morning: 6 am
Get as many rounds as you can in 25 minutes of:
Kb swings 10
Push ups 10
Snatches 5/5 or snatch pulls 10
Jumping pull ups 10
Thrusters or wall ball
Row 250 m
Here was our 9 am workout. To accomodate a much larger group we did:
6 rounds of 20 seconds work/10 seconds rest at each station with one minute rest between of:
Jumping pull ups
wall ball/slam ball
kb snatches
push ups
rower
Kb hand to hand swings
Burpees!!!!!
