Get as many rounds as possible in 25 minutes of:

Dumbell/kettlebell cleans: 9 reps
Dumbell/kettlebell push press: 12 reps
Pull ups(use bands for assitance, or jumping pull ups): 9  reps
Sit ups: 12 reps
