Update!!

We spent our Fathers Day morning duking it out on the river in a seven mile kayak race.   This was a tune up race for the Mayor’s Cup in October. This CrossFit training is paying off big time.  I thought I would be crushed after this since it’s been over a year since I’ve paddled.  Felt great!!

Get as many rounds as possible in 25 minutes of:

  • Db, kb, or mb thrusters/10
  • Kb high pulls/10
  • Burpees/10
  • Sandbag or med ball cleans/10
  • Jumping pull ups /10
