6 couplets, 3 rounds on each.
20 seconds work with 10 seconds rest alternating exercises for 3 rounds. We’ll take 1 minute rest between each couplet.
Swings or Snatches/ Power rope
Rower(stay on)
Push press/ slam ball
Push ups/ring rows
Wall ball/situps
Each full body exercise is working opposing movement patterns. This type of workout works very well with a large group of people and the exercises transition pretty smoothly.
Since the weather is agreeing with us this week, we’ll be taking it out doors.
