Rest Day

The new ceiling is in and the monkey bars are installed.  We’ve rearranged the rings and have opened up more options for our training.  Pictures will be posted tomorrow.

Click here to watch the Fran video.  Fran is a CrossFit workout consisting of just two exercises, thrusters and pull ups,  done for time.  It can be scaled to anyones ability.  Jumping pull ups or ring rows can be subbed for pull ups and thrusters can be done with anything including dumbbells, a sandbag, or medicine ball.  We will be doing more of these workouts weekly and recording times for future reference.
