We’re kicking the week off with some body weight strength.
Ladder down 10,8,6,4,2 reps
- pistols or assisted pistols r/l
- 1 arm ring rows or pull ups
- slow swing set leg curls 3 x 10 reps
- dips, assisted dips or down dog presses or handstand presses
Finisher 100 yard power wheel or 3×10 abs.
Your ultimate goal is to do 100 yards on the Power Wheel non-stop!
