Sorry about the lack of posting as we’ve been dealing with storm recovery and helping out as many unfortunate people as we can.
The Point Beach gym got rocked with about 3 feet of water and we had to deal with that all weekend.
We expect Point Beach to be closed
I’m actually typing this on my iPhone as I have no power or Internet service at the moment.
As far as our schedule goes… We will be opened all week and will be running a modified schedule.
Monday-Thursday: 6am, 7am, 9am, 4,5, and 6pm
Friday: same am classes but pm classes are at 4 and 5.
Avon has a 7pm curfew until the power comes back on.
Make sure to dress for the cold weather since there is no power or heat in the building. Anyway…
Here’s today’s workout: Partners or solo row or run burpee ladders. Row/Burpee Ladder:
- 100 meter row / 5 burpees
- 200 meter row / 10 burpees
- 300 meter row / 15 burpees
- 400 meter row / 20 burpees
Repeat 400 and go back down Advanced members should do 1 set of 500 row and 25 burpees Beginners should substitute squat thrusts for burpees. Have a great week!
