Monday Metcon
We will kick this great week off at The Tranining Room with some metabolic conditioning (it’s a Monday metcon for your conditioning pleasure)
Hope your weekend was great and that you got to spend some quality time with freinds and family!
Let’s get to work this week and focus on our health, fitness and nutrition and sleep!
It looks like a great week weather wise, so take advantage of the outdoors and soak up that vitamin D.
Don’t forget to start adding daily walks into your routine (don’t underestimate the power of a 30-45 minute walk).

SPRINTS!
15 second sprints with 30 seconds of active recovery (AR) x 10 sets of each
- Bullwhip or inertia wave/ AR plank
- Ski erg / AR box step-ups
- Burpees, squat thrust or slam / AR Farmers walk
- Bike or row sprint on Level 10 / AR easy spin level 1
