Monday Strength

We hope you had a great weekend! It’s time to get back to work at The Training Room starting out with thirty minutes of strength training.

Monday is a strength focus, so we will give you a nice mix of kettlebell and body weight movements for reps.

As usual, there will be a slight cardio component added into the mix which can be used as active rest between each round, or as a way to keep your heart rate elevated during this thirty minute session.

Here’s your thirty minute circuit…

  • 10 kettlebell swings
  • 10 push-ups
  • 10 kettlebell cleans or high pulls
  • 10 goblet squats, racked squats or split squats
  • 10 kettlebell  rows, ring rows or 5 pull-ups
  • Ab choice 5-10 reps (depending on what you choose)
  • 250 meter cardio choice  (run,bike,row,ski or versa climber)

Attack the week in and out of the gym!
