Today’s session is interval strength…
Warm up with 2 round kettlebell warm up.
Then…
60 work/30 rest for 5 rounds of the following movements.
- 1 arm row or ring row 30 seconds left /30 seconds right
- Step-up 30 seconds left/30 seconds right
- 1 arm clean and press 30 seconds left/30 seconds right
- Get ups 30/30 , windmills 30/30, plank variations…
