Happy Monday!
We’ve got and Old school circuit today using mostly body weight movements.
This conditioning circuit never disappoints.
We’ll do four rounds in our usual interval format.
The intervals will look like this:
- Round 1: 30/25
- Round 2: 30/20
- Round 3: 25/15
- Round 4: 20/10
Here’s the circuit:
- Juping or kipping pull ups
- mountain climbers or sledge hammer hits
- box jumps or drop squats
- agility ladder
- push ups or half burpees
- kettlebell high pulls
- kneeling slamball
- jump rope or jumping jacks
Take a 1 minute rest between rounds
I’m still here in South Florida. When ever I go on vacation, I always look up my fellow kettlebell collegues and try to sneak in a workout.
And, of course ther always seems to be lots of shop talk and exchanging of ideas.
Yesterday I got a good one in on the beach with Dale Buchanan over in Boca Raton.
