Happy Monday!!
Starting with a nice long warm-up, we’ll do 2 rounds of 25 seconds work/25 seconds rest of:
- PVC overhead squats
- push ups
- sit ups
- burpees
- supermans
- rower
Today’s workout will be 21,15, 9 reps
of the following timed couplets:
- jumping pull ups
- thrusters
- kettlebell swings
- burpees(with a push up and jump)
- rower (calories)
