Happy Monday!!

Starting with a nice long warm-up, we’ll do 2 rounds of 25 seconds work/25 seconds rest of:

  • PVC overhead squats
  • push ups
  • sit ups
  • burpees
  • supermans
  • rower

Today’s workout will be 21,15, 9 reps

of the following timed couplets:

  • jumping pull ups
  • thrusters
  • kettlebell swings
  • burpees(with a push up and jump)
  • rower (calories)
