- 10 kettlebell swings
- 10 squat thrusts
- 10 kettlebell high pulls
- 10 Kettlebell thrusters
- 10 calories on the rower,air dyne,or ski erg
If you don't own an Air Dyne,rower or ski erg, do ten 20 yard shuttle runs.
