I hope you enjoyed yesterday’s strength challenges.

We’ve got more challenges in store for you today.

We’ll warm up with a two round kettlebell warm up.

This challenge can be done with a partner of solo.

Partners will complete the following total reps.

You will each start out with a mile run or row, then complete the following:

  • 200 kettlebell snatches
  • 200 kettlebell jerks
  • 200 jumping, kipping or dead hang pull ups
  • 200 v-sits

If you do this solo, start out with a mile run.

Then, you can either circuit through or complete one before moving on to the next.

Example: Run 1 mile then complete 10 rounds of 10 snatches, 10 jerks, 10 pull ups, 10 v-sits,

Do 100 reps of each movement.

Do this for time.
