So we dug out the gym today.
The problem is that there is no parking in town due to massive piles of snow on the sides of the road, and many of the streets are still not even plowed.
Therefore, we will not be opened today or tomorrow.
We plan on opening up on Thursday, but will keep you updated.

Warm up with 5 minutes of joint mobility and two rounds of kettlebell warm up.
Get as many rounds as you can in 25 minutes of the following:
- Kettlebell swings 7/7
- Push ups or hindu push ups 7
- Kettlebell cleans 7/7
- Kettlebell racked squats 7/7
- Kettlebell push press or jerk 7/7
- Kettlebell on arm rows 7/7 or pull ups 7
- V-sits 7
