The holiday schedule will look like this:

Saturday classes are normal times in both gyms.

  • Avon: 7:30 and 9 AM
  • Manasquan 7:30 AM

Monday’s class is 8:30 AM only on both locations.

Starting with this…

30 seconds of moving / 30 seconds static holding

4 Rounds

  • Ring rows
  • Squats or split squat 
  • Overhead press or push up
  • Wall hinges or superman’s
  • Abs

Then some sprinting…

1 round circuit

30 seconds easy / 30 seconds sprint cardio

  • Row
  • Bike
  • Ski
  • Run in place
  • Squat thrusts or slam
