Get through this as fast as possible!
Start out with1 mile run or 1600m row
then complete the following
- 100 pull ups or ring rows
- 200 push ups
- 300 air squats
Finish up with 1 mile run or 1600m row
This workout can bo done with a partner.
If you choose to partner up, you will split the reps in half with your partner, bu will complete each task before moving on to the next.
If you do this workout solo, you can split up the pull ups, push ups and squats however you choose.
Example: 20 rounds of 5,10,15 reps.
