15 Minute Kettlebell workout
I usually do this one on the weekends in my back yard!
Requires one kettlebell and a pull up bar.
On the one minute mark for 15 minutes, complete the following
Se theGymboss timer for 1 minute and let it rip
- 15 kettlebell swings
- 10 push ups
- 5 pull ups
If you can't keep the one minute pace, set the GymBoss for 1:30 or 2 minutes.
After completing this, you will have done:
- 150 swings
- 100 push ups
- 75 pull ups
