Today we’ll be putting down the weight and going naked!

It’s naked strength day people!

We’ll be using nothing but your own body weight.

Start out with a nice joint mobility wake up.

You can do this with a partner and finish all 5 sets of 5 reps of each movement, or circuit through this solo.

  • Pistols, assisted pistols , weighted pistols or deck squat pistols
  • One arm body weight rows
  • suspended leg curls ( 5 seconds in/5 seconds out) or 5/5 single leg suspended leg curls
  • dips, weighted dips, push ups or weighted push ups
