Here’s a little something for you to do on this rainy day.

15 seconds of work/15 seconds rest for 8 rounds of
  • Kettlebell snatches (right)
  • Kettlebell snatches (left) 
  • Box jumps or tuck jumps 
  • Pull ups   

Do this non-stop for 8 rounds.

This entire workout will take 16 minutes.
