NEW Strength Day

Let’s start off the week with a solid strength workout!

This workout can be done with kettlebells, dumbbells or all bodyweight!

Options for EVERYONE!

NEW 20/10 Strength Workout

20 work / 10 rest x 2 rounds at each set.  There will be 30 seconds between each exercises.

You will complete for a total of 4 rounds!

  1. Clean / Rack hold  / Clean / Rack hold (bodyweight superman / hold x 2)
  2. Press / hold overhead / press / hold overhead (bodyweight push up / hold plank)
  3. Squat / hold low squat / squat / hold
  4. Pull up or rows / hold / pull up or row / hold

There will be 30 seconds rest between exercises!

You will complete a total of 4 rounds!

 Finisher (5 Minute Set):

  • Pick a cardio (rower, bike, ski, run, steps, JR/ JJ, etc..)
  • or KB sport (long cycle, snatch, etc..)
  • Intervals: 30/20/10 easy / mod / sprint x 5 rounds (BIG AL)
