Nice Conditioning Circuit

It’s a new week to get better!

We have a conditioning circuit set up for you on Monday!

So, just show up, follow the plan, ask questions and you will be on your way to a stronger and better conditioned self!

Just in case you were wondering, this is week 4 of our 4 week training cycle at The Training Room in Avon and Manasquan.
40/20 for 5 rounds of this circuit…
  • Swings or Body weight squats
  • Mountain Climbers or crawls
  • skaters, lateral hops, or lateral steps
  • Squat thrusts or Burpees
  • Jumping jacks, Jump rope, or cardio choice

Rest 1:30 between rounds of the conditioning circuit.
