We’ll kick this day off with some joint mobility and then move on to a kettlebell warm up.

Today’s workout will be done with one kettlebell, so it can be done anywhere.
We will do 6 minutes of work with a minute rest between rounds.
30 seconds of each movement non-stop.
Keep your reps consistent throughout the set.

- Kettlebell push press r/l
- kettlebell front squat or split squat r/l
- Kettlebell one arm row r/l
