The actual workout starts around 40 minutes into the stream,
Here’s the 2 minute torture:
On the 2 minute mark for 20 minutes, do..
- 5 burpees
- 10 kettlebell snatches 5/5
- 15 mountain climbers
- 20 kettlebell swings
Body weight version:
- 5 burpees
- 10 pull ups
- 15 mountain climb
- 20 drop squats
