Let’s throw around some heavy objects today.

All the toys are coming out including The Prowler, tires, climbing ropes, the kegs and sand bags.

Have fun with this and try some new things.

You can take this outside if you want.

The 6am class was out in the crisp air pushing and flipping this morning.

Brought a tear to my eye.

Start with 5 minutes of joint mobility.

We’ll then warm up with our regular two round kettlebell warm up.

Odd object 5×5. Or, do as many reps as you want for 5 rounds.

  • Sand bag front squat
  • sand bag press, heavy med ball press, keg or hand stand press
  • Tire flip or prowler/sled drag (50 yard push or drag is 1 rep)
  • Rope climb or modified rope climb (up and down is one rep)
  • Power wheel walks or walkouts
