We had a blast with this last time!

Try out some new stuff today.

If you’ve never used sandbags, try them out.

Try flipping the tire, or even give the peg board a go.

Start with 5 minutes of joint mobility.

We’ll then warm up with our regular two round kettlebell warm up.

Odd object 5×5. Or, do as many reps as you want for 5 rounds.

  • Sand bag front squat
  • sand bag press, heavy med ball press, keg or hand stand press
  • Tire flip or prowler/sled drag (50 yard push or drag is 1 rep)
  • Rope climb or modified rope climb (up and down is one rep)
  • Power wheel walks or walkouts
