Old School 2 Minute

Friday is a conditioning day and why not go right into it with some old school Training Room love!

We’ll be going with our signature 2 minute torture challenge.

The warm up for this will be fairly long. (stationary with a light to moderate weight kettlebell.

On the 2 minute mark, complete the following for 10 rounds.

  • 5 Burpees, squat thrust or 10 slam ball
  • 5/5 cleans, snatches or 10 high pulls
  • 15 Mountain climbers
  • 20 kettlebell swings or body weight squats
