  4. Jump rope, jumping jacks, run or bike
  5. Half burpees or push ups
  6. Air, drop or jump squat
  7. Mountain climb, sit through or crawl
  8. Ski erg or Versa Climber

  1. 30/25
  2. 30/20
  3. 25/15
  4. 20/10 x 2
