Old School Body Weight Conditioning
Hey Training Room friends!
Saturday is old school body weight conditioning day…
The weather is looking great for tomorrow, so it should be perfect courtyard/court conditions!
If you cannot make it to any of the classes at either of the gyms, we’ve got you with the video for home!

As we get closer to being able to train indoors, we are gradually be adding classes.
The inside rennovations are coming along in Avon and we cannot wait to utilize the indoor space!
THE FAMOUS TOWER IS COMING DOWN TOMORROW TO MAKE SPACE FOR THE UPGRADED SYSTEM!

As always, please let us know if you are having any issues with any of the exercises in these workouts so we can come up with options that work for you and put them to video!
Please let us know if there is anything specific you would like to see such as mobility, injury prevention, soft tissue work etc.so we can keep the creative juices flowing.
Also remember to listen to your body, don’t beat yourself or force any movements that don’t feel right to you.
Here are your intervals for the workout
Take 1 minute rest between circuits
- Drop squat, air, surfer
- Crawl or mountain climb (sliders,paper plates etc)
- Knee slaps or jog in place
- Swings, or jump
- Towel bullwhips: Watch the video (everyone needs to have a beach towel)
- But kickers or Jumping jacks
- Skaters, hops
- Russian twist or standing twists,rope flow
- Sit throughs, crabs, or Bicycles
