Old School Interval Conditioning Circuit
Tuesday is for old school interval conditioning because it works!
Make sure to put your name up on the board for the Turkey Day Relay on Thanksgiving Day!
The event will kick off at 8:30.

Here’s what the circuit will look like…
- Jumping pulls or non-jumping pulls
- Slams
- Skaters or lateral steps
- Jump rope, jumping jacks, run or bike
- Half burpees or push ups
- Air, drop or jump squat
- Mountain climb, sit through or crawl
- Ski erg or Versa Climber

- 25/15
- 20/10 x 2
