Intervals per round on the GymBoss Timer are:
- 30 seconds work/25 seconds rest
- 30 seconds work/20 seconds rest
- 25 seconds work/15 seconds rest
- 20 seconds work/10 seconds rest
Take one minute recovery between rounds
Here’s the circuit
- jumping or kipping pull up
- battling ropes
- kettlebell clean/catch squat
- jump rope/run in place/jumping jacks
- kettlebell swings
- dumbell push press
- drop squat or box jump
- mountain climbers/tucks
