Old School Kettlebell and Body Weight Strength
Monday is a strength focus for us! Who doesn’t love some old school kettlebell and body weight strength training?
In this thirty minute session, we will circuit through some of the basic kettlebell and body weight movements at our own pace.
Remember, the basics are the best for building functional strength.
The basics and also be progressed to move advanced movements.
Here’s what we’re doing…
30 minutes at your pace:
- 10 swings or single leg deadlifts
- 10 push ups
- 10 cleans, 10 high pulls or 10 supermans
- 5/5 press
- 10 squats or 5/5 split squats
- 5/5 one arm rows, 10 ring rows or 5 pull ups
- 10 ab choice
- 10 calories (optional)
