Old School 2 Minute Torture for Wednesday.

Let’s revisit this classic!

Wednesday’s 2 minute torture will be done (old school) on the 2 minute mark of 10 rounds (20 minutes).

Conditioning day never looked better!

We will be doing a nice long warm-up before completing this one on Wednesday.

Do the following movements:

  • Burpee 5 or slam (for the anti-burpee  folks)
  • Kettlebell snatch 5/5 or swing 5/5
  • Mountain climbers 15
  • kettlebell swings 20
  • Advanced do 25 Jumping jacks

Example:  If you finish all of this in 1:30, you will have 30 seconds before you have to start again.
