Hey Training Room family!
Back when we first started doing group training in 2005, the bulk of our conditioning was done with circuit training.
We found this style a super efficient and fun way to get folks in shape and a great way to introduce many different tools such as kettlebells, sandbags, ropes, dumbbells, bands, medicine balls and body weight movements.
We also found our old school conditioning circuits easy to manage and supervise with large groups of people.
Those of you who have been with us for a while know what we’re talking about.
Saturday is conditioning day and we’re going OLD SCHOOL!
