You’re on a mission!

The mission is to make just a slight amount of progress each day.

Trying to push too hard could break that progress and put you on the sidelines.

In order to fulfill this mission, we must consistently make good LIFE choices/decisions both in and outside of the gym.

Here are some categories/questions we should be thinking about each day.
  1. Getting enough sleep? (at least 7 hours)
  2. Drinking enough water? (1/2 of your body weight in onces)
  3. Eating enough healthy/real foods and not proceesed stuff? (shop on the outside isles of the store)
  4. Doing any meditative activies? (walking, surfing, yoga, puzzles, reading, meditation)
  5. Getting at least 2 strength days and 2-3 cardio days in?
  6. Taking some time to stretch?
  7. Doing too much physical activity and NOT getting enough recovery time?
  8. Having any pain that needs to be addressed?
  9. Seeking help on ANY of the above things by asking questions?
  10. Leading by example and helping others be better?
Remember…you’re on a mission!
Follow the BIT’L Principle!
