Let’s get Wednesday started up.

We did this one four weeks ago.

Go through the following movements on the 2 minute mark…

Use a medium weighted bell and use great technique.

Don’t get sloppy!

You don’t need a finisher after this either.

Perform this as a circuit.

  • 5/5 cleans L/R
  • 5/5 push-press L/R
  • 5/5 snatches or swings L/R or 10 pull-ups
  • 10 burpees (advanced) or 10 squat thrusts

Try to complete a round every 2 minutes for 10 rounds (20 minutes total)

If you cant keep up, reduce your squat thrusts or burpees to 5 reps.
