On the Minute Conditioning

We have a NEW conditioning workout for you Friday that you don’t want to miss!

Also, stay tuned for information for a future event we will be holding in July.  Some healthy competition with like minded individuals and tons of laughs!

Friday’s Wokout:

On the Minute:

Suggestions:

  • Beginners 8-10 reps or calories
  • Intermediate 10-12 reps or calories
  • Advanced 12-14 reps or calories

Here is your Circuit:

  • Ski
  • Push-press
  • JR 80-120, 40-60
  • Mt. climbers 20, 30, 40 each leg
  • Rower
  • Burpees
  • Bike
  • Cleans

This can also be done as a Circuit 60 work / 30 rest for 3 Rounds
