On the two minute mark for 20 minutes: I wore a 15 lb weight vest.

  • 5 pull ups (15 lb vest)
  • 10 Snatches 5r/5l with the 32 kg bell
  • 10 ring push ups (15 lb vest)

50 pull ups
100 snatches
100 ring push ups
