  • Kettlebell snatch 5/5 
  • V-sits 10 
  • Kettlebell thrusters 5/5 
  • Shuttle run (20 yards) 10 laps or 10 calories on the rower 

There will be NO 5 PM class on Friday

There WILL be a 8 am class on Saturday
