One Minute Strength Intervals!

Tuesday is looking GOOD!  We have NEW classes starting up in the next couple weeks!  THIS week we brought back the classic 4pm Group Class in Avon on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays!  Tell all of your teacher friends or home schooling parents they should try to get to this class!

Here’s your One Minute Strength Interval Workout:

60 seconds work/ 30 seconds rest x 4 Rounds

Each set is designed to alternate left/right for the duration of the Minute… this is a little bit of a more fluid way to train vs. always being straight and strict!  Let your spine and hips move (bend and rotate) and see how much better it feels! 

Here is your circuit:

  • Renegade rows 
  • Alternate Back lunge 
  • See saw press
  • alt Cleans
  • TGUs
  • Cardio:

Here is your Finisher:

5min max set of Cardio Choice, Kettlebell Sport or a combination of Abdominal “core” exercises

TR at HOME Workouts: Kettlebells, Dumbell or Bodyweight Strength Circuit

60 sec work /30 sec rest x 4 rounds
Also, the exercises in the circuit will split halfway at 30 seconds so you can switch sides.

  1. Single dead lifts our Hip bridge
  2. Overhead press or Hindu push ups
  3. Split squat
  4. 1 arm row or ring row
