Today we pulled from our top 11 list.
If you haven’t seen our top 11 list, I will be sending it out to those of you who are on our email list.
So get on our list if you aren’t and get your top 11 kettlebell workouts because no one does kettlebells like The Training Room!
Here it is:
Do three rounds of each triplet non stop, doing 20 seconds of each movement.
This will be 3 minutes of non stop work.
Take one minute rest between each 3 minute triplet and do 2 rounds of all three triplets.

- Kettlebell snatch l
- mountain climb or sledge hits
- kettlebell high pulls
- kettlebell thusters
- jumping jacks, jump rope or sprint in place
- Drop squats
- half burpees or tucks
- v sits or bicycles
