Here’s today’s challenge workout which can also be done solo by doing half the reps and distance circuit style.
You will perform the following with a partner, of do half of the reps and distance solo for time.
- 2 mile row or run
- 200 wall ball or med ball thrusters
- 200 burpees
- 200 v-sits
- 200 kettlebell swings
