Saturday’s Workout is 10 Minute Sets with a Group of 2 or 3 alternating at intervals you feel are best for your group.  Try to get as many Calories, Laps or Reps in as you can in 10 Minutes.  Rest 2 Minutes between each 10 Minute Set!

  1. Row or Run
  2. Step-Ups or Bike
  3. Ski or Burpees
