Partner Cardio or Kettlebell Ladders
Friday night is our Bells and Beers at the Manasquan gym.
ALL are welcome to participate in 6 minutes sets of kettlebell long cycle or snatch or just hang out and support your friends.
Come for the bells, just the beers or do both!
Afterwards we will be heading over to the Salty Whale on Main Street for some hydration!

Fridays Partner Cardio Ladders can be done with bells or any cardio piece
Pick 3 different cardio options, calistenics, or kettlebell sport option and complete the following….
- 400m repeat x10 minutes
- burpees, or kettlebell sport moves 5/10/15/20, or 4,8,12,16
