Saturday’s training will be a fun partner conditioning ladder…

We will do 3 separate 5 minute stations.

Get as many ladders as you can in 5 minutes of each one alternating with a partner.

Go through each ladder and then repeat.

Station 1: Ladder reps will be 2-10. When you get to 10, repeat the ladder from 2 back up again.

  • Wall ball or Thusters (use heavier weight with the thrusters approx. double)

Station 2: Ladder reps will be 2-10. When you get to 10, repeat the ladder from 2 back up again.

  • Pull ups (assisted or regular)

Station 3: Ladder reps will be 5,10,15,20  When you get to 20, repeat the ladder from 5 back up again.

  • Double hand rope chops
