We're doing 8 minute relays of the following with four-person teams.

If you don't have a group of 4 use 3.
  1. 25 yard shuttle run
  2. 100 meter sprints on the rower 
  3. 5 Burpees 
  4. 40 yard Prowler push 

Get as many rounds as possible with your team
